Good Golly!

I got a lovely email from Photobucket.com today warning me that I've exceeded my 2000 MBs of bandwidth for the month and that if I pass 2500 MBs, I'll have a really ugly blog for the rest of the month. That meant transferrring a whole lotta pictures around and hoping that'll ease the burden. I know some images aren't showing up properly yet. I'm surfing the technical difficulties wave.

i was going to suggest flickr.com but apparently we get less bandwidth.. it's not storage space though, so if you go over you just can't upload anymore but your existing pictures can stay (i think)

then again, you may also use flickr so this comment might be useless

Wow, i'm very surprised with Photobucket. Although, i don't think i will be too far off getting an email either. I wonder if the email they sent you was before or after they upgraded the site? I should go read the restrictions etc...i'm too lazy! I wonder if you set a new account up in a psuedo name and posted from there?

Kate- I use Flickr for some pictures. They tend to resize, so it won't work for some of my pictures. The problem isn't how many I have stored, but how many visitors look at them. I get a lot of hits just for my pictures. But thanks for the suggestion.

Michelle- It was easy enough finding another free image host. I figured I might as well since the bandwidth thing would likely happen again. I didn't move everything over, just some. Hopefully enough that Photobucket wouldn't block my images.
